The answer!


A Jackson Chameleon (Trioceros jacksonii).  Native to Kenya and Tanzania, though this picture was taken on the Kona coast of Hawaii.  They were introduced to the big island in the mid 1970’s as pets.  They quickly got loose and populated the forests.  Very charismatic little creatures.
